Ray Solagna

Ray Solagna is a highly skilled and accomplished professional in the plumbing and maintenance industry. He joined Axis Services Group in 2012 as a commercial plumber and quickly demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities. As a result, Ray was promoted to the position of Site Foreman in 2015, where he successfully managed and delivered various projects.

In 2017, Ray’s problem-solving abilities and expertise led him to take on the role of Project Manager, where he further refined his skills and achieved remarkable results. Recognizing his potential to excel in a different capacity, Ray joined the Axis Maintenance division in 2019. Currently, he serves as the NSW & ACT State Manager for Axis Maintenance Services.

With his extensive experience and industry knowledge, Ray is dedicated to providing clients with excellent plumbing maintenance services across all commercial sectors. He places great emphasis on building strong, long-lasting relationships within the industry and prioritizes client satisfaction. Ray’s decade-long expertise in his previous roles showcases his commitment to innovation within the maintenance sector.
